Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program Educational Objectives

Graduates within a few years (3-5 years) following their graduation;

PEA-1: To train graduates who are competent in technological, social and ethical conditions in professional life and who can work in public and private organizations in the tourism sector.

PEA-2: To train graduates who are able to work as an effective leader and a harmonious team member as a middle and senior level executive chef, restaurant manager, trainer chef and food and beverage consultant.

PEA-3: To train graduates with entrepreneurial spirit in the field of food and beverage services.

PEA-4: To train graduates who continue their academic development in the field of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts with the understanding of continuous education and who can work as educators in educational institutions.
