1. Knows the basic concepts related to Human Resources Management such as Human Resources Management, business, management, labor economics and industrial relations, and can associate them with Human Resources Management.

2. Has cognitive skills related to the functions of Human Resources Management and can apply these functions at a basic level, can set goals and objectives for the business.

3. Has the competence to work and take responsibility related to Human Resources Management.

4. Has knowledge / awareness of professional ethics principles, legal regulations and social responsibility issues related to business life.

5. To be able to use computer software, information and communication technologies at the level of data collection, data entry and analysis related to Human Resources Management.

6. To be able to follow current and innovative business and Human Resources Management practices with a continuous learning perspective.

7. Knows a foreign language at a basic level.

8. Can establish relationships with stakeholders in business life, work with different groups, manage communication.

9. Has the ability to conduct research, manage projects, interpret and analyze data, identify problems, evaluate critically and develop solutions in line with the knowledge acquired in the field of Human Resources Management.

10. Analyzes the Human Resources Management practices of the institutions where he / she does vocational training and provides feedback.
