Organization

Human Resources Management Undergraduate Program was established to serve as Erciyes University School of Applied Sciences with the Decree of the Council of Ministers numbered 2012/3058 published in the Official Gazette dated 06 May 2012 and numbered 28284 and started to receive its first students in 2014-2015 academic year. The school, which gave its first graduates in the 2017-2018 academic year, was separated from Erciyes University with the law on the amendment of the "Higher Education Law and Some Laws and Decree Laws" numbered 7141 published in the Official Gazette dated 18.05.2018 and numbered 30425, transferred to Kayseri University and transformed into the Faculty of Applied Sciences.

Human Resource Management, Bachelor's Degree.


Program Profile

Within the scope of the Human Resources Management Undergraduate Program, which has an education period of 4 years/8 semesters, there are courses such as Human Resources Planning and Job Analysis; Recruitment and Placement; Human Resources Training and Development; Performance Management; Job Evaluation and Compensation, Occupational Health and Safety, Strategic Human Resources Management, Comparative Human Resources Management and International Human Resources Management. Thus, students are provided with a comprehensive knowledge of both business administration, management and human resources management disciplines. In addition, students who have obtained the necessary conditions at the end of the 7th semester have the opportunity to see the theoretical knowledge in practice in the 8th semester. Thus, individuals with theoretical and practical competence are trained on the basis of the department.


Occupational Profiles of Graduates

Graduates can work as Human Resources Specialist in Human Resources units of public institutions and organizations, private enterprises and non-governmental organizations. They can be appointed as Human Resources Specialist according to the Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS). In addition, graduates may have the opportunity to provide services by establishing their own consultancy and training companies


Transition to Higher Degree Programs

Students who graduate from the program can continue to master's and doctoral programs with or without thesis according to their level of success if they meet the necessary conditions.
