Organization
Our program started its activities within Erciyes University School of Applied Sciences, which was established with the Decree of the Council of Ministers No. 2012/3058 published in the Official Gazette dated 06 May 2012 and numbered 28284. It took its first students in 2014-2015 academic year. With the law numbered 7141 published in the Official Gazette dated 8.05.2018 and numbered 30425, published in the Official Gazette dated 8.05.2018 and numbered 30425, the law on the amendment of the "Higher Education Law and Some Laws and Decree Laws" continues its activities within the Kayseri University Faculty of Applied Sciences.

Program Profile
Accounting and Finance Management education provides the knowledge and skills necessary for the effective management of businesses operating in a rapidly changing global environment. Therefore, accounting and finance education deals with issues related to strategic management, finance, accounting and modern management techniques that will facilitate more effective management and more efficient use of resources and make the right decisions. The Accounting and Finance Management program is a four-year program that trains management candidates who can work in the public and private sectors. This program accepts high school graduates. Students who start the first year complete their four-year education by taking mainly Accounting and Financial Management department courses, except for various service courses such as foreign language, computer, mathematics, statistics. The content of the courses is determined to help students acquire both theoretical and applied accounting and finance knowledge. In the fourth year, they participate in practical work where they reinforce the theoretical knowledge they have learned. Graduate students can enter KPSS and get both A and B type positions and are employed in a wide range of jobs in the private sector.
Occupational Profiles of Graduates
Students who graduate from the Accounting and Financial Management program can work as experts in various departments of businesses such as accounting and finance. By entering KPSS, they can be appointed to KPSS A and KPSS B type positions. They can be employed as managers and inspectors in investment and financial institutions. Students who gain entrepreneurial spirit and confidence throughout their education can start business life as entrepreneurs. They can become Certified Public Accountants and Certified Public Accountants in the long term. They can be employed at every level up to management in the private sector. Our graduates can take active roles in the public and private sectors, including international businesses and institutions, as well as pursue an academic career by continuing their master's and doctoral programs.
Transition to Higher Degree Programs
Students who graduate from our program can apply to various Master's and Doctorate programs, especially Accounting and Finance Management Master's and Doctorate programs.
