Article 22, Paragraph 9 of our University's Associate Degree and Bachelor's Degree Education and Teaching Regulations states: "A make-up exam is an exam administered to students who were unable to take the midterm exam due to valid and legitimate reasons accepted by the relevant unit's administrative board. Students in this situation may use their midterm exam rights within the semester, provided they apply within five academic days following the end of their excuse, at the date, location, and time determined by the relevant unit. No second make-up exam will be held for make-up exams." Therefore, you must submit the make-up exam application form attached below to Department Secretary Melisa DOĞAN in person within the date range specified in the relevant regulation.
Note: According to Article 7(c) of our University's Procedures and Principles Regarding Valid and Justifiable Reasons, "A student who is unable to take the midterm exam(s) at the date and time determined by the unit's administrative board must document and present at least one of the reasons listed below in order to be considered excused. In accordance with the provision stating that “a medical certificate must be obtained for any health issue (a certificate of at least 3 days issued by public or private health institutions and organizations),” the medical certificate must be for at least 3 days to be considered valid.
