Subparagraph ç of Article 16 of the Regulation on Associate and Undergraduate Education and Training of our University “Students who cannot take the midterm exam for justified and valid reasons are given the right to an excuse exam by the relevant board of directors. No excuse exam right is granted for exams other than midterm exams. Students who want to benefit from the excuse exam must apply to the relevant unit before the end of the semester and within seven days at the latest from the end of the excuse. The right to an excuse exam cannot be used more than once for the same course. Excuse exams are held within the relevant semester.” In accordance with the provision, you are required to hand-deliver the excuse exam petition form in the annex to Melisa DOĞAN, Secretary of the Departments, within the date range specified in the relevant regulation.
